Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return/exchange to be processed.
NectarStickCBD.com will not issue exchanges/upgrades for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
Exchanged items must be delivered to us directly, in/or accompanied with the original packaging, and in reasonable condition.
We are unable to issue an exchange without the original receipt of the item(s).
Limitations
- Exchange based on product type.
- Exchange subject to product being used in accordance with instructions.
- All correspondence must be made by US Mail and postmarked within 14 days of the date of purchase.
- Limit two exchanges per household per year.
- Third party fees are not refundable including UPS, FEDEX, or USPS.
Return Process
NECTARSTICKCBD™ exchange requirements, just follow these simple steps to request an exchange:
- Include a detailed email of faulty product.
- Include a copy of the original, dated sales receipt (Please include store name and address.)
- Include the original bar code from the product label or box
- Include your name, daytime telephone number, and address.
- Send email to support@nectarstickcbd.com.
Exchanges may be considered with unopened unused products only.
